session Fees

Client agrees to pay the photographer a retainer at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. 50% of the balance is due at the time of booking {REATINERS FEE} and 50% at the end of the session. The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer. Additional editing is available at additional expense to be determined by the photographer. Additional prints or digital images may be available for purchase.

Image rights

By agreeing to this you hereby grant Zeus the rights to distribute all content created within the session, on social media such as but not limited to Instagram and Twitter. Reproduction on “deity clothing” is herby granted. No one is allowed to alter the pictures or reproduce an alternative version.

Rescheduling

If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, the client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should the client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

ReShoots / Refunds

Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather-related issues. Refund are only available if canceled 48 hours before appointment. Refund will not be issued for "not liking" images

Retainers Fee

All "deposits" {retainers fee} are final if canceling outside the time limit you will not receive a refund.

Subscription

Monthly subscription based shooting details are meeting twice a month on a set date between Zeus and intended client to capture content thats been privately discussed. Payment is due the first of every month. If you decide to cancel in the middle of a month you’ll forfeit the remaining total. You’re eligible to use the second half of the month to capture content within the price range of the remaining balance.
